Certain problems, mainly hardware issues, still require a technician to visit the site and it’s reassuring to know that Computeq has its own Field engineers who carry out this vital part of the service. This support service is available 365 days a year and will replace parts or even supply a complete new loan machine if necessary.

Sometimes it is possible to anticipate potential future problems if the system is monitored regularly and we are happy to provide a combination of remote and on-site system checks, which can reduce or eliminate faults and ensures your system runs effectively.
